Airtel Complaints - Broadband service - No response even after 10 days

I needed Internet Connection at my place on urgent basis so as to handle my international clients from home. I requested AIRTEL executive to visit me to collect money and documents from me so that I can get AIRTEL Broadband service at home situated at Krishna Apra Garden, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
The AIRTEL executive confirmed that I'll get the internet activiated within two days of application.
I applied on 19th of October and he (excecutive) mentioned on my Application 'installation date' as 21-oct-2010.
For the same, he collected INR 500 cheque from me. Same was realized from Bank and money was transfered to AIRTEL account on 23rd Oct'2010.
But till now, I haven't received any installation of Internet at my home. My international clients called me careless for not responding them on time. AIRTEL has caused my bad reputation among my clients.

Please help to make sure that AIRTEL should return my installation fee along with damages caused to my reputation.
